I wasn't sure what to expect, given the mixed reviews for this and most other silicone bakeware, but I am generally pleased with it.
I didn't have any trouble with odour or burning that some have reported, but I did wash it well before use.
Muffins stick to the silicone exactly the same as they do with other bakeware, and this can be minimised in the same ways (greasing the pan, allowing the muffins to cool in the pan, using coarser flour).
Clean-up is also similar, requiring either a thorough scraping of residue or soaking or pre-washing.
The sled skates around on my oven shelves and can be difficult to catch. The end handles are well designed, but one or two side handles would be useful because the sled is almost the same width as my oven and there's nothing to grab at the front. The sled is very easy to clean and is of solid construction.
But the major advantage is that the silicone remains intact and serviceable through much handling, baking, washing, scraping etc.. and does not chip, flake, scratch or rust.
